pilots shd not behave that way.Its strange as pilots never converse with passengers.its only the cabin crew.This incident requires a detailed enquiry and cctv footages.

UNFORTUNATELY IN THIS COUNTRY WE HAVE ONLY GAURAKSHAKS. NO VALUE FOR HUMANS. ANYWAY PROUD OF YOU BHAJJI FOR HIGHLIGHTING THIS ISSUE IN MEDIA. IF JET AIRWAYS TOP MGMNT HAS ANY SHAME THEY SHOULD KICK THIS PILOT OUT OF COMPANY AND INDIA AND CIVIL AVIATION SHOULD BAN HIM SO THAT HE CAN NEVER EVER BE EMPLOYED IN INDIA.
