I strongly believe Greg Chappell ruined Irfan Pathan's career as he tried to make Irfan a batting all rounder and experimented with him by sending him higher in batting order. This resulted in Irfan gave less attention to his bowling and ruined his career.
good of you to clear the air....thats what i have been saying for so long here...in fact greg chappell laid the foundation for india finally becoming no. 1 in all formats...he was the one because of whom the new generation players entered the team got experience and confidence and flourished...if he was not our coach at that point of time...dravid ganguly vvs et al would have played instead in the t20 wc and odi wc and also the tri-series in aus and we would not have won any of these...
