Feeling nostalgic remenbering the 1st edition

With Dada, Sachin, Dravid, VVS, Dhoni, Gili and Shane Warne at the respective helms, it was electrifying atmosphere around, now it seems almost a non-event. Who cares for IPL these days!

Scam and money involved in IPL makes it an undeserving tournament.
Players should focus on their national teams rather.
BCCI has again blundred by not conducting a T20 series with Australia after the end of their test series with India.
