Sachin Tendulkar is much more bigger than Sandip Patil. Patil spend 5 years as a selector by luck..he is not deserve this post..and he have no right to comment on Tendulkar.

Every player has to retire one day. The people should not question any player why he is not retired instead they should ask why he has retired. No one is above the sport. In India selectors were afraid to take any decision against Tendulkar and his selection was always automatic whether he play well or not . The same way Kapil Dev was also was given enough time to break bowling record before he retired from first class cricket. in other countries players retired at the right time unlike India.
What was the contribution of Patil to Indian Cricket. He has been removed from the team. He has not retired. Selectors not considered him. Dhoni is the best Captain India even seen and Sachin Tendulkar have got all respect from all countries including Australia. What is Patil's respect from other players.

Good Ramdas excellent comment i was also thinking the same Mr. Patil was thrown out after he had fractured the leg then after he acted in film instead of making himself fit for next challenge now as a selector making comments for publicity
