Dhoni is a slow starter. No doubt he is a good finisher but off-late his calculations are going wrong and unable to finish the games also his reflexes are wanning out. Dhoni has never been a technical batsman, he like Shewag depends on brute force and hand eye coordination. Dhoni is an exceelnt inning builder and understands the value of singles, he has a capability of converting one's into two's and two's into three's with his excellent running between the wickets and great stamina. This quality of his is good for him and the team to come at number 4 and let others finish the game.
He should come at no.5 after manishpandey who is not a novice in batting and he has to take make a responsible knock to ease the situation and free Dhoni from tension. Dhoni followed by Kedar, Hardik, axar, Mishra will be good batting line up as upto Amit Mishra India can bat provided they stick to basics and not to try fancied shots and they should play the ball on mmerit as Kohli does or even Dhoni does the same thing

5th or 6th will be most appropriate. the statistic given above is incomplete strike rate is importane in ODI which is missing above. Dhoni, now a days play with low Strike rate, if he scores it is well and good but if fails Req run rate mounts putting extra pressures on the batsmaen to follow, who to meet requirement take extra risks.
