BCCI

Lodha committee is acting as if they are king. They should have stopped BCCI from issuing tender documents which they have failed. They are sleeping over the matter taking their own time to communicate with BCCI officials. When committee know IPL rights are under process, they should have stepped in and stopped BCCI from issuing tender documents. Still today they have not appointed the panel to fix the guidelines for tender. Suppose the bidders fail to submit to the directions of the panel will the IPL be scrapped with great loss to the entire nation and cricket loving people. The Committee should act fast and supreme court should also issue directions to the committee to expedite the process within a stipulated period. The more the delay less interest with cricket lovers. If the Supreme Court so much interested in implementation of all the recommendation of the Lodha Committee,by the state association, and the association fail to do so will they be starved of matches? BCCI officials and Lodha Committee sit together and sort out the differences and not going to the press every second day.

It is quite evident, BCCI has been very adamant. It overlooked the intentions and instructions of Lodha Commission and Supreme Court. Is there any provision to put the offenders in JAIL?

If top brass of BCCI do not intend to fall in line why don't SC take the assistance of police force and drive out all these greedy monsters and appoint interim board managers until new board members are elected under supervision of SC.
