In my opinion Dhoni should step down and hand over the captaincy to Kohli. This will help the management to groom the team for world cup. Also it is 100% sure that Dhoni will retire from all formats after world cup. Relinquishing the captaincy will help Dhoni to play as his old self and have a last hurrah.
Personally I think MSD deserves to play as India's captain for another year or so. Virat needs all of MSD's guidance to prepare himself for the next world cup. In terms of experience if Virat has to look for someone within the team, it will be MSD. So in both short term and long term interests, MSD should continue
Selectors should not ( and will not ) make a BLUNDER to replace MSD with Kohli as skipper .
MSD is still undoubtedly the best finisher & match winner in middle order who delivers under pressure situations . ( Remember : NO BATSMAN CAN SUCCEED 100 PERCENT OF THE TIMES )
We can't even think Indian middle order without MSD , Raina & Jadeja . Team India"s middle order will be weak without these trio . If these three cannot win means no one can win for us then .

Whether Virat or Dhoni Captain it will not effect anything to us. Our life and salary remains same. This chachi 420 lady has no job and comment that Aus/SA/NZ/ENG will win in own grounds As BCCI taken step to to Have ICC ranking in spot No3 The delhi is home ground of Kholi and Ranchi is home ground of Dhoni as it fixed to win .No body comes to board to comment only this lady comes to board first to give comment. All pitches is made according to our batsman and bowler. Pl enjoy the game that India wants.
Recently I saw one stat on TV which showed greatest match finishers in the history of one day games & MSD's name tops the list .
Its was wonderful to see that , even I was surprised .
MSD was followed by Michael Bevan , Aravinda de Silva ( Though I never saw his batting ) , then ABD , then it was Steve Waugh , then Yuvraj & Lance Klucener - -
Kohli is of course an AMAZING batsman & also a match winner but he should concentrate only on his batting & should not be burdened additionally by captaincy .

So according to your logic Dhoni should be in team on the basis of what he has done in past.Then why not call Kapil Dev, Tendulkar etc. back in team India?? Again proved Guls don'y understand cricket

You are absolutely right and dont worry about comments from those who think they understand cricket. It is old old problem of being jealous of Dhoni and his success. Trash these guys!
Dhoni is a wicketkeeper batsman whereas Kohli is a top order batsman. So role itself is different. Data comparison is wrong. If you want to compare, do it with other wk/batsman of various countries. And Dhoni is still best wk/batsman available in India for shorter format
