AUS/ NZ / ENG /SA CANNOT WIN OUTSIDE THEIR OWN COUNTRIES .
They can win only on fast & bouncy tracks of their own grounds .

Now see , how Team India WHITE WASHES NZ in ODI's as well .

These Southee , Boult are deadly on NZ pitches but will be brutally hammered all over the grounds in ODI 's . Just wait & see .

It was Team India who whitewashed AUS in

AUSTRALIA ( Be it in any format ) & South

Africa in India .

Don't jump the gun

Whatever happens in India is no indicator of how we'll do in UK, Aus or SA. While being happy at the performance of our team in India , let's not jump the gun when predicting how they'll perform abroad.

Steve Waugh's XI almost Trounced India, had it not been for VVS Laxman & Rahul Dravid in Kolkata 2nd Innings of the 2nd Test match.

That crucial victory in the 2nd Test gave India the Momentum and Self belief that they could beat such a strong Australian Test side.

Just because India had a Strong Batting line-up with Anil Kumble & Harbhajan Singh as spinners, we could trick Australia in 2001.

If you see 2004 Australian Tour of India, we got beaten Fair & Square after they made Indian Series as "Final Frontier", we just lost it from there on.

My opinion is that the current set of Indian players do struggle against quality spin. So winning in India also has become tough for them. It is nice that they, despite the struggle are ending up on the winning side and I am sure they will adopt better than the previous teams when they visit outside India. With quality of coaching improving, I am sure the current team will prepare and play better in foreign conditions. You have to only show faith and trust, instead of criticizing them for winning in local conditions

What about those countries mentioned by you preparing pitches to aid their fast bowlers. Do any those countrymen deride their team about this. Indians are jealous about others performance. If you can not appreciate the effort please quit watching cricket. There are many players who refused a tour to this subcontinent as the PITCH can not help them like their home pitch. Did they prove they are best by playing in a different conditions of pitch?.

Yes I do agree - India should also criticize Foreign teams as they consider Players who can play Quality "Pace Bowling" on Green wickets as the Only skill to become an Expert in cricket.

Yes, Spin is also important. But if the wicket goes heavily loaded in favour of any one of Pace / Bounce / Swing / Spin / Batting - It becomes one sided and gets boring.

There should be a Healthy Wicket which encourages all skills - Day 1 & 2 it must be helping Fast bowlers, Day 3 for Batsmen and Day 4 & 5 for spinners. I guess in the recent past Indian pitches were prepared like this only. Nowadays we seem to have become obsessed on Turners & Safeguarding our Home records.
