Parthiv Patel!

If it was not for Dhoni Parthiv could have played as WK batsman for years. His aggression reminds me of Faroukh Engineer as WK and opening batsman. Its a rare quality in a player! Hope he gets to play in Test Squad.

Parthiv is always a good bat. Luckily he got a chance now and he has taken the opportunity with both hands. He has filled the openers slot and that helped the team to have one extra batsman ie Karun nair. All the best for him and he should be there in the next test too and same is the case with karunnair. He was run out and he could not show his batsmanship

He was dropped because of his poor keeping and not for his batting.

U R right. even in this test only his batting was good, but fielding was sub standard. if he wants to retains his place he should not fail to take those half chances with quick reflexes. may be the long absence from test team did the damage. any way best of luck to him
