I sincerely think, the Role of the ex-judges of SC and their Panel should be only limited to "Giving Reports and Advice". Supreme Court doesnot want interference of Government in the Collegium system for the appointment of Judges in the Country. So, why anybody else should be forced to follow what the retired Judges of SC.
By the way, SC Judges are going to take their Independent Decision or simply going to follow the recommendation of the ex-judges ??
