DON'T RAISE ANY ISSUES AND INCLUDE PRANAV IN TEAM. DON'T DISCARD ARJUN ALSO BECAUSE HE IS A FUTURE OF INDIAN CRICKET. HE HAS PASSION FOR CRICKET. SO ALLOW BOTH OF THEM TO PLAY IN ONE TEAM.
is their only one player selected for the team, other 15-16 who knows their name, they only know the name of one players and started the blame game, to find place on FB or Twitter, why only Tendulkar selected n Parnav place why not other 14
...even if u r a son of a tendulkar. see what happened to son of a gavaskar. this is not bollywood that a son of a bacchan will survive at the mercy of his wife or father getting miniscule roles in bollywood and still float. this is cricket, if arjun doesnt perform extraordinarily, rest assured he will by far play in ipl or celebrity cricket matches but never in the top 11 international squad.
according to mid-day report--There was a lot of indignation on Twitter and Facebook over the 'privileged' Arjun Tendulkar being picked over 'auto-driver's son' Pranav. On inspection it emerged that that Arjun was picked for the U-16 West Zone squad for an inter-zonal tournament that had started from May 24 on Hubli and it will conclude next Monday on June 6. The squad, announced by Baroda Cricket Association secretary Snehal Parikh, was selected by the All India Junior Selection Committee last week on May 23rd. The meeting was presided by its chairman Rakesh Parikh and the selection committee comprises coaches Tushar Arothe, Shantanu Sugwekar, Samir Dighe and J Krishna Rao. But the indignation is misplaced since people are raising a question about Arjun being selected over Pranav in the India under-16 team, whereas the truth is it's the West Zone squad. Furthermore, the West Zone’s u-16 team is picked from the MCA under-16 team, which Pranav wasn't a part of. Arjun was a part of it and hence eligible for selection. Add to the mix the fact that Arjun Tendulkar is an all-rounder and would not have been competing with Pranav in any case.

Mr. ''Logic''..do you know that the selection was done earlier and only some days AFTER the selection dhanawade scored those 1000 plus runs....

Pravin I understand from report published was born in May 2000. This is June 2016. Hence he has crossed the age limit. He is now eligible for under19. Let him get selected for Mumbai under 19 at the earliest where he can show his calibere and go ahead & play for India under 19. This would make him eligible to represent India Seniors too.

for that matter, Arjun was born in 1999 :-)...while there can be other reasons like Dhanawade not having played in under-16 team for his state, age cannot be for sure...as Arjun is older in that case....
