Pravin I understand from report published was born in May 2000. This is June 2016. Hence he has crossed the age limit. He is now eligible for under19. Let him get selected for Mumbai under 19 at the earliest where he can show his calibere and go ahead & play for India under 19. This would make him eligible to represent India Seniors too.

for that matter, Arjun was born in 1999 :-)...while there can be other reasons like Dhanawade not having played in under-16 team for his state, age cannot be for sure...as Arjun is older in that case....
It is very much possible that Tendulkar must have given some money to the selectors to select his son. Being Bharat Ratna, Sachin should intervene and settled the matter so that only talent is considered...not the dynasty. Otherwise it will be proved that Sachin Tendulkar is unfit to be given Bharat Ratna...that was a wrong selection by UPA.
