He took cue from UPA farm loan waiver
by rajesh venkatraman on Jun 01, 2016 05:32 PM

It was the congress govt which gave loan waiver to the farmers during the UPA period to the tune of Rs.70000 crore and Mallya took a cue out of it and is now playing with the NDA govt as UPA helped him to get loan and also UK visa through the money he took as loan as the UK govt gives visa to any person who pays an x amount to the govt to the tune of around 5-6crores for each family member or so. His children and wife are settled in US & UK.
The govt must take over all his assets and trusts where he has locked his money and the company shares which he holds in india to be auctioned. He and his family should not be allowed to come to indian if they dare arrest them and put them behind bars.
It was the waiver that he is also now hoping to get for all the businessmen who have taken loan but cannot repay them through the company that was opened for that purpose and not from other companies they own and make profit out of it.
the banks should have come out in the open earlier before 2012 when they know that company was closed as he could not pay loan that means he was defaulting for a long period before and should have taken action by putting lock on the other companies that he owned and profiting as a collateral. They shied away with the help of bank officials who were given a cut as commission and Mr. Mallya returned them as favor done to him

This loan should be given to all needy farmers so that in case of drought they just do not need to pay anything back.

He is role model for all future loan seekers.

Bankers who supportive politicians are first to be blamed and questioned without bankers support how will get. If a common man goes for loan of few thousands he will be asked thousand questions before giving loan and if a farmer becomes defaulter his land tractors will be seized
