India announce head coach for Zimbabwe tour

Will sanjay bangar be a coach only for the upcoming tour of Zimbabwe or is he gonna be the full fledged coach of the Indian cricket team for say 3 years or so? if so will the Indian cricket team flourish or diminish!!!!!
