I still fail to understand the difference between team coach and team director. Now Shastry completed his stint as a team director. I wont be surprised if the selection committee i.e., BCCI, selects him as a team coach now. no wonder that if that Bombay wala shashank monohar was still a BCCI prez., then it would have been easy cake walk for shashtri to become a cricket coach and be in more and more news.
Ravi Shastri has done an excellent job as Team Director and it would be fitting if he is the coach, because he is constantly with the players and encouraging them.
