The non-performing players especially Raina should be now left out and opportunity should be given to the bench strength. for what then fifteen member squad is selected. The team can just rely on Kohli alone all the time Cricket is not the individual game ,its a tea game May be some players were unable to deliver in two or three games but if all the time they fail then there are others too waiting for their turn
It looks like MSD do not want drop the Chennai Super Kings and RITHI sports players no matter how poorly they perform.
Virat should be now made skipper in all the three formats ,this will remove MSD's authority in selection of playing eleven.

Beyound Kohli is only a possibility if he is rested for others to perform,but it may cost India the opportunity to win the World Cup,Let it go the way it is.
This Indian team is one man army. Only Virat is someone who can play under pressure and to an extent Dhoni. Rest are on BCCI payroll enjoying like Govt.Employees No work only pay. I wonder how can players like Raina, Dhawan, Yuvraj (in current form) play for India and Rahane,Manish Pandey are not in team!! Few Fools say that if Virat fails then Raina,Pandya,Jadeja will score runs. I bet this players can not score 50 runs combined against good attack..
Absolutely, what Dhoni has said is no rocket science and the top three must realize that it takes all of just one ball--good or bad for dismissal of Virat Kohli too! What happens then? Let me assert that even if India escapees yet again in the semis against an inferior WI side riding on Virat Kohli , getting past NZ or Eng in the final playing this brand of cricket is next to impossible. Why ? NZ is playing to a plan and executing it to perfection with all their players delivering to clinical precision. On the other hand Eng is very balanced all round side with some devastating big hitters and clever bowlers who could bowl deadly rising deliveries or slow turners the likes of Dhawan and Raina are not equipped to handle. It was simply pathetic the way Dhawan and Raina got out trying to pull w/o getting into proper position to do that! The wicket was playing much better, in fact the best so far. Then why couldn’t they adapt quickly? My personal opinion is Rahane should replace Dhawan for the semis so that he gets acclimatized for the final. We have the Yuvi injury problem too on hand now! Rohit on the other hand appears to have lost a sense of judgment the way he is getting out in very silly fashion. He should count the no. of overs he is playing and not runs. He has the capacity and should strike the right balance between big strokes and running between wickets the way Kohli-Dhoni pair did at Mohali which actually won the match for India. these rohit, raina dhawan perform very well in IPL.. Guess they shud be debarred from int cricket and then review their performance.
Except Kohli n Dhoni no other batsman has performed to our satisfaction.Then why should they be persisted?Why not considering the players who r waiting in the bench.Dhoni should consider replacing non performers.
thought all these people had good intentions. timings was a bit poor. Rohit was deceived by Watson. who wanted to free his hands. Dhawan also wanted to score big and went to Nile by a half hearted shot. Raina was edgy.

If new faces like Manish Pandey,Ajanke Rahane,Kedar Yadav donot get chance when these three are not playing good then India"s performane will improve.

Yes I remmemmber the century which Manish Pandey scored recently against Ausssssie in ODI superb knock surprising that he is dropped. also lot of talent is waiting and being wasted by not dropping the non performers
