The person who wrote the article should see more matches. Bro...pls have a look at other players outside India.Start with Aussies. Jaise India me hi saare great players he. Guys give a break.
All Aussie players Gilchrist, Hayden, Damien Martyn, Ricky Ponting were great.They used to win matches single handedly. We Indian are hellbent on proving our batsmen as great. Virat has played some good three four innings recently and he is great. What non sense? Have a look at other team. see how gayle & joe root played. They are great and Sachin was far better player, just that his timing of big innings has not been as great as Virat.Virat is a good player. Even Dhoni has won many matches for India. He should also be great.

So is yuvraj..he was champion at his peak..Even now he id better than Rohit and Raina..

their greatness lies in the fact that they flourished in your presence. they never demanded that, i will open innings, i cant do captaincy,etc. You should agree for this also.

Yes, of course they never demanded that they will open the innings or that they cant do captaincy...because I demanded that I open the innings and I decided that I wont captain india...after all I proved to be such a bad captain...
In Sachin's era the opposition teams are very strong and Sachin was better than Virat at his carrier from 1991 to 2001[ We will never forget his Sharjah Perfomoence] , there after he got injured and his aggression come down also affect team politics in his carrier, he was side lined almost one year. no doubt Virat is a talented player but both are different era and now technologies are improved we can study the opposition bowlers early and plan our game in advance

Both are Excellent we need to see time period and just cant say can you compare Mr.Gavaskar with Sachin?!!
