Sachin had played in different era. Bowlers were different... Wasim Akram Imran Khan Shane warne, Murlidharan.. Donald... Etc great.... Comparison is not justifiable... Both are great in their own....
Sachin has played 20 years of cricket with good consistency in his performance. Virat is also playing good but I think its not comparable yet. Media is too excited to compare between players but I will say wait and watch before any conclusion.
Is there any doubt that Virat is better than Sachin after Kohli's yesterday's match winning innings. He single handedly won the match. Kohli plays for the country, not for personal records as Sachin did. Why was the latter called " Master blaster" is not understood, basically Sachin was a "master grafter" of runs,if not so- (a)does he hold the record for the fastest 50 in any form of cricket;(b)hold record for the fastest 100 in any form of cricket;(c) hitting maximum number of sixes;(d)scoring a triple century in tests etc. Sir Viv Richards was & will be the original "Master Blaster". Chris Gayle, Brendon McCullum, our own Viru Sehwag were master blaster of later years, they entertained the crowds playing astonishing shots, & did not play for creating personal records. No doubt ,sachin won very few matches for India ,he basically played for records , virat is a match winner He has won more matches than sachin in his short career
Both SVirat and Sachin are great.Yes, Virati is today\' hero with his best performances. But, we can not undermine Sachin who on occasions saved India from big disater in a nuber of One day matches or tests.
Virat is anytime better than Sachin Tendulkar. Virat is more consistent, more dependable, doesn't crumbles under pressure and a better leader than Mr. Tendulkar.
rediff allow virat to continue his good form. Is Tendulkar better or Bradman better. They are like two eyes both are brilliant. Sachin has played and virat is playing. Comparison does not make sense. Both are great in there own way

Don't compare Sachin to Bradman, the latter played cricket in an era when therewere no protective gears, except abdominal guards, pitch was not covered. Sachin wore helmet, elbow guards, rib cage guards, thigh guards, alongwith abdominal guard, looked more like a cosmonaut. Bradman had a test average of 99.96 runs in his career, scored 300 runs in a day in a test against England, scored 29 centuries( INCLUDING 2 300s & 10 200s) in 52 tests. The only comparison between the two was their small height,Sir Don was 5'7"& Sachin 5'4.5".
