There is lots of difference betwwen both of them, Sachin has played best bolwing attack in his time, both are best in batting, the way Virat is shaping he can become another Sachin Vinay churiwal
Enough is enough. Virat has proved so many times that he is better than Sachin. How many more times you want to prove him this? Ok, he will prove it on 200 more occasions.
Sachin has not played any T20, so no comparison, but Virat will break all T20 records for sure. In ODI, Virat will break all Sachin's record. In Tests Virat may not be able to break Sachin's records, as he will not be able to play 200 Tests or even 170 Tests.
Its unfair to put this question that who is better. They all are legends. We can't compare as with time circumstances changes. Sir Bradman was best in his time so was Gavaskar, Sachin, Dhoni and Virat.
The contribution of Tendulkar to Indian cricket is immense and there is no doubt about it.
Unfortunately, some of his valiant single handed efforts did not result in a favourable result for India.
It is here that Kohli's contribution to match winning causes has been a shade better than Tendulkar.
Today it may be Virat Kohli; tomorrow some one else will supersede him if Indian cricket is nurturedin a proper way by the BCCI and other state bodies.
Question is not bats and boundaries and pitches. Question is of temprament. Kohli single handedly wins matches for India under pressure against tough teams. Tendulkar very rarely did that against tough teams all through his career- except the world cup victory against pakistan and back to back centuries against Australia in Sharjah long long back. I do not recount any instance where Tendulkar against Australia or South Africa has led from the front and overhauled and successfully chased scores of more than 300 Runs. He invariably came under pressure and would be out early.
The only times when Sachin flourished was chasing 250-270 runs against minnows or batting first.
