I am very happy that NZ has beaten Pak.I personally call that team.....Upset eleven.No doubt that they are the minnows but they have enacted quite a lot of upsets in ODIs and in T20s. This is perhaps one of the most unpredictable team as far as limited over cricket is concern.
Shikhar Dawan, more than anybody else is failing continuously and he is a burden to the team. If India wants to wind T20, Shikhar is to be dropped and induct Ajinkye Rahana.
Both Raina and Dhawan should be dumped if India is sincerely trying to win WC20. It is pathetic to look them batting.No consistency; some odd flicks and close shaves that they score runs.
Virat Kohli is of course a match winner & excellent player under all conditions .
But its nothing like that - Had he got out that day against PAK , Team India would have lost the match .
There were other 3-4 players in our strong middle order who would have won for us like MSD himself , Yuvraj , Jadeja , Pandya as 122 was not at all a big total .

We have already seen the capability of players mentioned by you Shilpa against NZ match. This Indian team has only one match winner i.e. Kohli. Rest all are flat track bullies

Jadeja can't put bat to bowl.
He himself is not aware, when was the last time he batted for India.
Pandya is a Playwin lottery with the bat, which invariably fails to deliver. He can not defend the bowl from going on to his stumps if the pitch has some life in it. His batting technique is vague.
Raina....well...do I even need to talk about him ? Useless batsman good only for IPL that too in some matches.
And at last... Dhoni....Never take the onus when the team is in trouble, never promote himself up when team is in the spot of bother. Always come ahead for batting when there has already been a good foundation by either Kohli or somebody & then he come & hit the winning run with six. And everybody think that Dhoni Finished the natch for India & what a great finisher & all....when the reality is that he does only the formality of scoring the remaining modest total.
When Kohli & someone weathers the storm at the top & when everything gets clear, then only Dhoni arrives to hit the remaining six.
That is not what the captain is made of. Captain should always lead from the front. Just look at Steve Smith. He always take the onus of chasing the target or scoring the runs even in critical situation & never use someone as shield.

Raina is simply waste, so as Pandya, he delivered once in australia and he is going to ride on that innings for atleast a year or so..what harm Manish Pandey or Robin Uthappa did, they wer not selected..just simply Pawan Negi played for CSK (Dhoni) he got an edge in selection. Frankly...this bully Team India dont deserve to win...

BCCI should take a clue from PM-NM ..no more cabinet worth > 70 years; similarly no more cricket players >30 years in T20 / 1 dayers, these format needs young & agile cricketers & all above 30 years should be automatically move out.

Dhoni brigade of non performer permanent members includes Raina,Rohit & Jadeja who rarely delivers in big tournaments.
This current team reminds me of our team way back in the 90's where we were only relied on Sachin Tendulkar or Ganguly to score big runs.
We are relying only on Virat Kohli & happy to hide our weaknesses as long as we are winning.
But this attitude is going to hurt us dearly in long run.
In the match against Pakistan though we have won, it was in no way convincing win & had Kohli got out earlier the result of the match would have been in Pakistan's favour.
Dhoni's captaincy was extremely poor in the last game.
When Ashwin, Jadeja & Raina were getting so much purchase & turn from the pitch & were virtually unplayable, why did he gave bowling to Hardik Pandya on the square turner pitch ?
Why he didn't give any over to Yuvraj if he had selected him in the team & when he has this nack of picking wicket on spinning pitch ?
And above all, why he & Shastri both failed so miserably to read the pitch & to select Harbhajan Singh instead of Nehra ?
If Dhoni has decided that he is not going to select Harbhajan in playing 11 in any circumstances, then why Harbhajan is selected in the squad ?

India gave away 20-25 runs extra in Pakistan match due to bad bowling changes & captaincy of Dhoni.
These extra 20-25 runs could have certainly been the difference between winning & losing for India, had Virat Kohli not played that Superb & match winning innings.

Suresh Raina can bat well only in IPL & where the pitch is totally flat without any pace & bounce & without any spin. Can anyone remember the last significant innings played by Suresh Raina in any format ?
Shikhar Dhawan bats only once in ten innings & that secures his place in the side again for further so many failures. When Gautam Gambhir failed in some innings he was immediately thrown out of the side the why there is so much tolerance shown to the Shikhar Dhawan ?
If Ajinkya Rahane is not capable according to Dhoni ( His average shows that he is the most consistent ) then why is he in the team ?
Why talented players like Manish Pandey, Karun Nair, Shreyas Aiyyar etc. are out of the team even after giving so many consistent performances in domestic matches ?
I must admit that Ajinkya Rahane has been given a raw deal inspite of him having proven himself in the limited opportunites he has got . Raina, Dhawan & Rohit are only big talk , nothing else. Definitely 110% one of these spots can be tried with Rahane & Parthiv , but Dhoni will not do it as these 2 are not his favorites . The same applies to Yuvraj. Somehow he scraps through & MSD oft repeated statements come out, we must back our players . It is ok that the team is on a roll now, but when Kohli fails for 2-3 innings ( by the law of averages) he will no answers to give.
