First the media & ex Indian players are blaming the Indian batsmen for the defeat, without giving any credits to NZ players for a special performance. This habit of ours reflects of over confidence. The Srilankan umpire gave a horrendous decision, when in the first over of the match he gave Guptil the NZ opener out, the replay showed the ball was going atleast 2 inches over the stump. Had Guptil been there NZ would have easily scored over 150, as he is theirbest T20 batsman.

OUR CRICKET TEAM IS CAPTIVE OF ITS OWN RECORD. HOW CAN THEY BREAK THE RECORD OF LOOSING ALL MATCHES TO NZ IN T-20? THEY ALSO ALLOW OTHERS TO CREATE NEW RECORDS AGAINST INDIAN TEAMS WHICH BECOMES WORLD RECORDS. THE SAME MAY HAPPEN AT KOLKATA ON 19TH MARCH AS INDIA HAS NEVER BEATEN PAK AT EDEN GARDEN STADIUM.
Wasnt it Dhawan who a few weeks back was comparing himself and rohit to the Tendulkar and Ganguly partnership. Someone should tell him to first play well and earn his place in the team instead of relying on dhonis backing for unlimited chances, before even thinking of comparing himself to all time greats. Guys like dhawan flop for 7 or 8 innings and then score once on a flat pitch against weak attacks and immediately start walking around with a vivian richards like swagger as if they are world beaters.

Shikhar played a very irresponsible shot and got out in the first over and started the collapse. Rohit also was very callous.

Irresponsible play by Shikar, Rohit, Raina, and Jadeja - certain extent by Virat too. Because of their casual play other players were put in to pressure.
