This reminds me of 2012 WT20 where India were eliminated even after losing just one match against Australia. I don't know why selectors have picked up out of form players like Yuvraj,Raina,Shikhar etc. and why did they drop Manish Pandey after scoring match winning century is still a mystery. I will be surprised if India reaches semi final this time..
It was overconfident approach of India taken them to defeat. But for the games to come watch on New Zealand uniform in which the front chest part is painted white (Which is unorthodox for the matches played with white ball). Even ICC allowed to wear them and no one pointed the same thing. If anybody reading these comments who has played cricket can only understand the comment. Not for Prestitutes.

Wasnt it Dhawan who a few weeks back was comparing himself and rohit to the Tendulkar and Ganguly partnership. Someone should tell him to first play well and earn his place in the team instead of relying on dhonis backing for unlimited chances, before even thinking of comparing himself to all time greats. Guys like dhawan flop for 7 or 8 innings and then score once on a flat pitch against weak attacks and immediately start walking around with a vivian richards like swagger as if they are world beaters

SHIKHAR DHAWAN is in team for mere show-off ? What is his contribution with the bat in recent times.
SURESH RAINA is a flat pitch bully & becomes a dead fish on fast & spinning tracks with uneven bounce.
ROHIT SHARMA bats once in fortnight & that too when INDIA IS BATTING FIRST & when pitch is FLAT. He invariably throws his wicket while chasing a target.
YUVRAJ SINGH has already past his prime. He no longer look even the 1/3 of the player he once used to be during his peak. He miss the simple scoring opportunities even full tosses.
RAVINDRA JADEJA is ONLY A GOOD FIELDER, AN AVERAGE BOWLER & A TERRIBLE BATSMAN. I feel pity on the intelligence of those who call Jadeja an all-rounder. He has not been scoring with the bat for a significantly long duration.
HARDIK PANDYA is GOOD FIELDER, AN AVERAGE BOWLER & BELOW AVERAGE BATSMAN. His technique is horrible & he won't survive against good bowling.
DHONI ALWAYS BLAME OTHERS. Sometimes it's PITCH, Sometimes it's CONDITIONS, Sometimes it's BOWLERS, Sometimes it's BATSMEN. When conditions are favorable he promotes himself up to FINISH THE GAME but when conditions are supportive to BOWLERS, HE NEVER TAKE THE ONUS TO FINISH THE GAME.

Nehra leaked too many runs at the death overs. VVS Laxman was very surprised with India's selection of Nehra over Harbhajan on such a spinning track.
It's a shame that what Kiwi's can analyse about the Nagpur Pitch, Dhoni & Shastri can't.
They made the brave & wise decision of playing 3 spinners after judging the track & our so called intellectuals SHASTRI & DHONI could not make proper selection was hard to understand.
Many call ASHWIN as best spinner. But he had gone for the most runs than anybody on spinners paradise. How can he be called as great spinner ?
Shastri abused Wankhede curator Sudhir Naik for preparing batting pitch last year against Africa.
Now that Nagpur pitch was made as per Shastri's instruction, will he take the onus of the loss ?
Dada's team used to lock horns against Australia,England in their home conditions and Dhoni's team can bat only on flat track. Do I need to explain anything to prove who is the best captain??

I think the main reason why India lost was Dhoni not going for kill. I was really surprised when Jadeja was not brought back after his first over. Dhoni kept him for the end overs which was defensive. Jadeja was spinning so much and i thought he would run thru the NZ batting. i felt that was a bad move
Just over confidence & under estimated the New Zealand team. Actually there is no pure spin bowling by New Zealanders, Indians just throw their wicket away. Anyhow this is a wake up call. Play seriously in coming matches. You cannot win all the matches continuously. Indians will bounce back. NZ can beat Australia & Pakistan. Again India & NZ will be in the finals.
