Over the past month or so

The Indian Journalists & TV News, Media are all behaving as though India is the only Contender and Cricket Competent Nation, and it is as if we have Control over All of The Other International Teams before we even get to Play on the field.

Stop being Arrogant and Foolish and Over confident - The Rest of The World now have only One Agenda - To stop India win the World T20 in our backyard.

If India plays like the way they play today, they might not qualify for the knock out stage.

Negative title
by Radhakrishnan on Mar 15, 2016 05:39 AM

Though the article is projecting India as the favourites, it is the most negative heading one can think of. "Team to beat" would have been more appropriate.

Statistic says host country never won T20 cup. Though this is negative comment but truth remains but who knows exceptions are there.

Weak links---India will lose
by Guru RamRahimDsuza on Mar 14, 2016 05:18 PM  | Hide replies

1. Our openers are not consistent. Seldom you see Rohit-Dhawan clicking together in important matches

2. Our batting is too dependent on Kohli

3. Our middle and lower middle order batsmen strike rate is one of the worst among test playing nations

4. Nehra and Shami are not fully fit and fast bowling looks very weak

Add to that MSD's rigidness as captain. Expect India to get knocked in group stages..

law of averages may catch india
by Dhantannan on Mar 14, 2016 04:30 PM

in wc 2015, india did badly before start of wc 2015, but played well to reach semis.
now india is doing extremely well before t20WC, my fear is our team may flop in actual matches.
because law of averages play a big role.
