The typical going on knees and converting the offside ball, the whip-rotation of the bat and putting it on the onside boundary . It looked as if it happened only yesterday . Truly a great thing to watch in cricket is MC batting and his innovative ways .. Truly a genius - will be missed a lot
A wonderful and elegant batsman. Technique was sound and he was the back bone of NZ team in 80s, I was always wondering if he had taken retirement early, it was delight watching him playing. we will cherish those moments you played cricket.
MC is one of the best accurate off- stump players in the world till now counted by some of the best bowlers, wasim akram, mcgrath, kapil, imran, all the paki fast bowler of his time. Do watch his specialist off- stump plays of NZ v/s PK, Australia and english
Dearth of words & shocked to hear the sudden demise of Sir Martin Crowe a true cricketing legend, the 1992 series is still fresh in my mind.I pray the almighty to give his nearest n dearest ones to overcome this trauma. May his soul RIP.
Really shocking news . Martin was really great sportsman , He was very intellectual cricketer , his strategy bringing spinners in first spell of one day match was surprising and effective during 1991 world-cup. He used Dipak Patel very during that period. May his Soul Rest In Peace
