I think all the teams ie PAK /LANKA / BANGLADESH looks like minnows to me in front of Team India .
Such is the level of Team India specially in 20 -20 cricket at the moment .
Even teams like AUS ( recently white washed 3 nil in AUS ) , SA , NZ , ENG will look weak ( if not minnows ) before India when they will play WC next month in India .
But again , it depends on how you play on that particular day . No team can win all the games they plays - -

ha ha ha. The same minnow SA beaten India black and Blue in last T20 series that too in India. It is just a matter of India facing a full squad of Aus/SA/NZ etc. and Dhoni's fans will get a reality check..
