Senior team COACH should be a good MANAGER & PLANNER that's what is needed .

Otherwise , Is there any need to train or coach seniors like MSD , Kohli , Rohit Sharma , Raina , Yuvraj , Vijay , Dhawan ??

An Under 16 or U-19 school boys needs Coaching or Training .

Hence there is not much role for a Team India coach .

Already we have white washed AUS in AUS & South Africa in India .

As such Team India is at peak , barring few exceptions .

Coach has huge roles to play to guide a team. Just compare what John Wright-Kirsten did with what Duncun Flecher did as coach and you will gain some cricketing knowledge. BTW no coach in this universe can make Raina,Rohit,Dhawan,Yuvi etc. a true test player
