this is another way to expose talents..of TN when IPL is run my ministers..

While Maharastra & Hyderabad [erstwhile] had two Ranji teams, TN had only one team to showcase their talent. Now let TNPL focus only on TN surplus talent who could not break into the TN Ranji Team.
