Hindi should not be a criteria. Players can understand the requisite level of communication in hindi or English. What will happen to Bengali, Tamilian who does not hindi ? It is another thinking ? Controversy free ? what are we talking ? We have to nourish, care and and control a a child to meet this benchmark. Focus on skills not language.

Bengalis understand Hindi, only state which is anti-hindi in India is Tamilnadu (Karnatka & other southern states to less extent)

You can learn as many as languages as possible. But, any particular language should be a criteria for any specific assignment. It is all specified conditions made for `specific' persons.

Thangavelu, I understand your concerns...but wake up smell the coffee...everyone except Tamils speak and are fine to converse in Hindi
