just remembered the last ODI series in England,where MSD brought huge pressure on Rayudu who was batting well and was slowed down by the skipper not rotating the strike and eventually going for a big hit due to the mounting run rate and perishing.Such younger players arealways left to pay the price and these Biggies happily stumble around with no fixing of responsibility by BCCI.When you can't do it continuosly in a series,play under another captain to feel the difference and learn(ie.,if you have performed well to get selected as a player)
MS Dhoni has lost his ability to innovative approach to make better use of utility players in controlling the opposite to gain control lead to just miss situation for the past several years started from England still hunting. It is time to replace him to steer the team from defeat further.

Select MSD as WK, and give reigns to Virat or Rohit. Dhoni himself is a failure on all fronts, and we can not win any WCs now. He lost his Midas touch.
