India's bowling is always weak its not that it has become suddenly, then how come we won world cup after world cups.. the truth is we still play the game in old fashioned way, the way the game was played say 5 years back... now a days the game needs more power hitters... which we are unable to find suddenly...in all 3 matches we couldnt accelerate in end overs where we need few 15-20 run overs... for that we need to look beyond dhoni.... he looks to me like he has exhausted due to heavy workload for the past 8-9 years

It is true, MSD's reflexes has slowed down while batting/keeping but those who are on his throat, should realize India's problem is bowling and brighter part is batting has certainly improved on fast pitches. Even if you make Kohli or other to lead shorter version, bowling and upto some extent fielding will let him down. We leaked many runs in final overs.

U r perhaps right. the present India team needs a player like Sehwag at the top of the order. His aggressive batting had seen India always made around 300 in a day in Tests. We need to find some daring batsmen like him
Dhoni should quit or should be asked to step down from captain. He is clearly over the hill as far his batting is concerned & more so with his captaincy . He has already got many chances & clearly he is not in tune with the present requirement.
It is so evident that Srinivas is the real boss & rest are his followers.MSD can stay in job as long as he wants as he is the front of ex BCCI boss who faces so many corruption charges.
With or without Shastri, India is losing ? Why to bother Shastri for so long? Is there nobody in this country to this job, anyway we are losing in Aus & Eng ? Everyone is aware of our bowling limitations. I do think we need Mr Thakur for re-inventing this reason.
