It is a simple excuse that bowlers cound not contain Australia. Non sense talking. Wicket was batsman friendly. It was a close match. Experienced and fiery Australians could not do much either. Remove Dhawan; he is a big failure. Bring in the other Dhawan or other opener; if another opener is brought in; remove Jadeja.So blaming bowlers is foolish.
During WC too Dhoni was sticking to Jadeja all through inspite of his poor performance.Even in the league fixture where there opportunity to try out others in Jadeja's place Dhoni chose to not act.If only n Semis jadeja had been replaced by either Axar Patel or Stuart Binny India could have at least done better even on a losing cause.It is not clear why he doesn't understand on such flat wickets jadeja is a liability.Actually Amit Mishra should have been picked with Ashwin-Mishra spin duo making an effective combination but somehow Dhoni lacks confidence in him.Is Dhoni realizing that w/o the best playing XI India could lose the series 5-0!
WHICH I WANTED TO ADD. WE AS A FANS HAVE TO BE PIRATICAL, NOT TOO POSITIVE NOR TOO NEGATIVE. IF WE CAN SCORE 309 AND CANNOT WIN, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR INDIA TO COME BACK IN THIS SERIES. AND REMEMBER THAT TO WIN THE 1ST MATCH IN A SERIES IS IMPORTANT, WHICH WE HAVE NOT MANAGED. I PREDICT A 5-0 WHITEWASH. BUT IF INDIAN BOWLERS AND BATSMEN CLICK TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE IT 4-1 IN FAVOR OF AUSTRALIA, I MEAN WE CAN WIN 1 GAME OUT OF 5.
RATHER THINKING ABOUT REPLACING ANYONE ELSE REPLACE MS DHONI. HIS CAPTAINCY AND HIS OWN BATTING FORM HAS GONE DOWNWARDS HEAVILY. HE CANNOT HIT EVEN AN BOUNDRY FORGET ABOUT SIX. AND HIS BATTING FORM HAS BEEN POOR SINCE LAST 2 YEARS, WHEN WE LOST WORLD T20 AGANIST SRILANKA IN FINAL. HE RECORD AS A CAPTAIN IN 0DI AND T20 IS FANTASTIC, NO DOUBT ABOUT THAT, BUT TIME HAS COME TO REPLACE HIM.

Replace Dhoni with whom? Kholi, what if Kholi fails, replace him with Rahane...then it will be like musical chair..
Rishi Dhawan or Axar patel should be included in place of Jadeja and Ishant Sharma should replace Buvaneswar kumar. Every match we should try out for changes in the bowling and batting. As batting is more or less settled now we should look into genuine fast bowlers and alrounder spinners
According to Mr.Ian Canaway - www.CricketSecrets.com, no bowler is more dependent on the playing surface than the spin bowler. His TIP to the Spin bolwler is " Examine the pitch before bowling and try to identify areas of rough, cracks and other features on the wicket to aim at which may cause increased spin, variable bounce or erratic ball behaviour when pitched on and aim to bowl the ball into these areas provided they don’t cause you to bowl bad deliveries (e.g. short and wide). Australian pitches are hard and bouncy there is no chance that they will break easily. SO HOW CAN SPINNERS SHINE ?
We should have packed the tour team with atleast 5 good fast bowlers and a couple of good allrounders who can bowl medium fast like Binny. Wonder why they have not included Aaron or Dhawal Kulkarni and Srinath Aravind in the team. There is no use of Axar patel, Gurkeerat and Rishi Dhawan in Australian conditions.
