why australian people & media make controversy on other nations players like Srilankan (Murlidharan) Indian (Harbhajan), Westindian (Narien and now Gale) etc. Why they are not banning their player for sledging?
what about the australian sledging; first ban australian cricketers, who indulge in sledging and their umpires who give OUT in a wrong way to players of other teams
He should not have done .He is a player of cricket not a cine star.Every one should respect the other concerned professionals otherwise what is the difference between gentlemen and hooligans
He said it was a joke. But media / people took it otherwise. Even then, he did not commit any crime. It was a normal talk but should have done in private not before huge crowd/publicly.

"Are youCrazy ? It is easy to find that you do not haveany respect forWomen and most likely do not have aSister. No woman would like to get insulted onaBig screen TV with millions watching. Think of her kids and family how will they feel ? ChewatiyaGayle"
Austrelians are famous of behaving wioth press/ media.Chapple was nuisance to Indian cricket. He is no authority in cricket. He mind structure is very odd ,his comments on resent entretainer is all for propoganda his previus comments on criket critics are all false.
Ian Chappell, in all his wisdom, forgets that the Austrlians have the worst language amongst all cricketing nations and he is preaching to ban Gayle from playing cricket in all countries just for asking a TV presenter for a date. And for all the women Ian spoke with, why didn't they bring up the matter when the incidents happened? It is just a matter of the pot calling the pan black. Juvenile controversy.
Australian Cricket Board and Media is very angry about what Chris Gayle has done. No doubt, Mr Gayle has been very rude and made a sexist comments on a lady journo. But, why ACB and Australian media kept mum when their own SHAME WArne [ Sorry.... Shane Warne ] was caught his pants down so many times ? He misbehaved with so many women in public places under the influence of alcohol but media was silent!
Chappel when I last heard Australia was ruling the world. By the logic given by you most Australian cricketers would have been banned long ago. Perhaps the whole australian nation would have been banned for racism
