Any celebrity should exercise every care while accepting the contract from any advertisement company. He should weigh how it may affect public interests before accepting the script. If Dhoni has done such a controversial advertisement then he should apologize and contribute such proceeds to public cause. Such action will give him respect and national support.
In case the complaint is proven frivolous the complainant and the judge both should be put behind the bars. This will not only reduce the number of frivolous complaints but will be a lesson for the judges who feel great to make someone appear before them

Idiot, don't show up your ignorance in a public forum. A judge will not admit a complaint if it is frivolous in the first place.
Just because your idol is a celebrity, law does NOT change. Don't talk ill about judiciary again.

He never did any mistake! One day some magazine will impose your photo over holy images without your knowledge, then you will run around!

Crystal Clear, you are a fool. If Dhoni was surprised that the magazine misused his picture, then why did'nt he himself initiate action against the magazine for playing around with his picture? He did'nt because he knew very well how his picture was going to be used

Is it? Then pls give your "proofs" to the Suprene Court. BTW why did YOU support the picture? If not, how many cases have you filed?

Against Pseudos, your comment is not making any sense at all. First read my comment carefully. You also seem to be a psycho like Crystal Clear
Media houses like India Today / Business Today can put anybody's picture on the holy images and then harass them. Editor of India Today/Business Today to be punished here, not Dhoni!
Re: Culprit is Business Today Magazine & its editor, why Dhon

Both Business Today and Dhoni are culprits. Business today for floating this idea and Dhoni for acting upon this idea. If Dhoni had some other religion, he would have been burnt alive But since he has hurt hindu religion, he will get away with this anyway!

Dhoni never acted upon this idea. This idea was floated by Business Today Magazine editor solely. Respected SC stayed the proceeding earlier because of that. vishal verma is imposing his ideas as he is the mastermind of all this!

Visual Verna: Why did YOU support the picture? Dhoni at least went to Supreme Court later. Which court did YOU go to?

In India a case can be filed in a court far removed from the place of offence or from the places of residence of both the complainant and accused. Unscrupulous people use this provision to harass others over prolonged periods of time. The time has come to define the jurisdiction of the courts.

come on, enough is enough. One cannot take Hindu believes every time. Try this with some other religious belief and see the consequences. The hypocracy of ultra secularist people make us sick.

I am only talking about the cumbersome and lengthy proceedings and avoidable inconvenience. I am not taking sides. You may be aware of the fact that police stations avoid registering complaints from out side their area of jurisdiction. Why not courts too follow the same. Eenadu editor wrote an article on some unruly scenes that occurred in Rajya Sabha. Police from Maharashtra came to arrest him!
