I do not understand how WI can spurn the offer as per rules? In fact they should have accepted it as a challenge and gone for a win.Supposing Aus had played one ball or one over and declared 0-0 then could WI have refused ?Fact of the matter is the downward slide of WI is complete and teams like B'desh look better and decline of WI is complete.It is only matter of time before Afghanistan overtakes WI.
