This is ridiculous. On the one hand the government wants to Make In India, and BCCI thinks that they are the lords of cricket in awarding this to MIT. Can this not be handled by IITs in India ?? They understand cricket, whereas the researchers in MIT will have to google CRICKET to understand the game . This is yet another money wasting, white skin is superior kind of project decision
