No need to risk Rohit Sharma . He can surely be rested today if not fit . Team is as such strong even without Rohit Sharma . He is not desperately needed against Lanka / PAK or Bangladesh .
Yuvraj / Raina & MSD himself in middle order is enough to beat any team in the world . No need of anyone else - -
Manish Pande is good , no doubt , but he will have to wait for now . He cannot replace Yuvraj as Yuvraj is selected as an all rounder . Even half fit Yuvraj is very dangerous .
I remember ,there were discussion in media & among cricket fans few days back that Team India defeated Lanka B/C team .
Now today it will play with its so called FULL TEAM .

Have you seen Yuvi Batting? He looked completely out of form. And then Raina who can not face fast bowling even in Video games. Humiliation on the cards in coming WC T20 for Indian team..

Even fully fit Yuvraj is very dangerous.......to Indian team....not opposition.
Remember the bitter memories of last T-20 world cup? Yuvraj had completely made the mess of the match by playing too many dot bowls & not even rotating the strike.
He nearly made the same blunder against Pakistan in Saturday's match, but luckily for us the target was too short otherwise the run rate would have piled up in the excess of 11-12.
And Raina is flat & dead pitch wonder.
the moment any fast bowler gets a little bounce & pace from the pitch Raina starts jumping like a fish out of water & eventually succumbs to it.
I don't remember any good pitches on which Suresh Raina had scored his runs besides IPL, India or Lanka.
Shikar Dhawan who missed the match against the pakistanis can make the 11 Srilanka is a good side and Rohit Sharmas absence will be felt in the match. Hoping Shikars injury has recovered.

They made Manish Pandey a scape goat, he would have been an ideal replacement in the middle order for Rahane or Raina.
He has the ability to built the innings at fast pace like Kohli plus he is an excellent runner between the wickets & a terrific catcher & fielder.
His technique against fast bowling is far better than Raina & Yuvraj at the moment, and also he is more aggressive than Rahane.
But he might have became the political target of selection committee and Dhoni & Co.
There are many other good choices like Shreya Aiyyar, Karun Nair etc. but selection committee overlooks them.
