India's middle overs woes
by tejas on Feb 27, 2016 04:30 PM

India's recent tactics especially in the middle overs, though India turned out to be victorious, could prove dangerous.

India many times, plays very slowly especially in the middle overs & start to play run a bowl, which is below average strike rate in T-20's.

Indian batsmen must play with strike rate of at least 150.

Because against Pakistan if we rely so much on the last 3-4 overs to recover the wasted bowls, & try to make up for that then, there is every chance that we will fail flat, because Pakistan's death over bowling is very good comparing to other teams & us.

So, to maintain a healthy strike rate throughout is must.

Weaker than Even Bangladesh now. Dada's India won a series against Pakistan in Pakistan when they had players like Inzy,Sohaib Akhter,Younis Khan,Md.Yousuf etc. in top form, which Dhoni can only dream of. if India loses this Dhoni must retire..

Pure attacking batting is required
by tejas on Feb 27, 2016 03:02 PM

Shikhar Dhawan, Raina, Pandya, Yuvraj should be used purely as attacking batsmen, they should start attacking from the first bowl without wasting time in singles or dot bowls. If that happens India will be difficult to beat.

SIX OVERS ??
by Shilpa Mehta on Feb 27, 2016 11:19 AM  | Hide replies

AFRIDI SAYS - - -

Supremely confident of his pace attack, Pakistan captain Shahid Afridi on Friday said his fast bowlers are capable of sending the Indian top-order packing in the first six overs itself .

AND I SAY - -

In first six overs itself Indian top order batsman will score 50 runs ( May be they lose 1 or 2 wickets , No problem )

And PAK will lose the match in first six overs itself - - -

PAK cannot beat India on any wicket anywhere in the world .

Undue hype
by Mike Teflon on Feb 26, 2016 10:59 PM  | Hide replies

Too much hype over Pak's bowling ability. Rohith, Shikhar and Virat took Aussies to shredders on pace-friendly tracks. EXcept Wahab Riaz others not going to trouble Indians too much.

On the other hand, Pakis are suspect against Ashwin and Jaddu. I would give it 60% to 40% in favor of India.

A good contest in the offing though. Let's enjoy!
