Utter failure in grooming new talents, specifically bowlers. Bringing back players nurtured by Dada like Nehra,Harbhajan,Yuvi etc proves it. Some FOOLS may not see this though.

if ganguly gave opener sehwag...dhoni has given murali vijay, rohit sharma shikhar dhawan...he has also given bowlers like ashwin jadeja ojha mishra...
but some FOOLS will never understand...
look at the record of kohli as captain...all his success is due to the good work of dhoni as a captain...but again some fools will not see this...

DO NOT BLAME MSD he is a leader who guided team to win world cup after 28 years GAP after 1983 world cup 1987 sunil gavaskar wicket in semi final triggered avalanche in Mumbai as usual 1992 Sachin can not win single handedly 1996 vinod kambli cried when mad crowd ended kamblis hope to fight till last ball 1999 azar was exposed 2003 dada virtually gifted won toss decision to punter to hit 359 target 2007 death of bob woolmar triggered one more dirty rackets in cricket ambassador of usa had to come to west indies to suprees the police investigations to safeguard afridi and others in murder of bob so finally 2011 yuvraj father gave ultimate warning to yuvraj to perform or perish in much emotional tv interview with rakhi sawant so managerial skills of DHONI can not be challenged in all these failure stories from 1975 to 2015 eleven world cups only 2 won rest 9 lost sir 2/9=22.22%

Uncle.. What is his contribution in those victories? India won two 2world cups due to excellent performance by Yuvi,Sachin etc. Why do you guys always give all credit to Dhoni??
