I don't think it will be easy to beat this Team , that too on Indian pitches .
No need to pay attention to critics . Their job is to criticize . After the tournament they do find place to hide their faces . They are fools .
Same way at one point of time people were after Shikhar Dhawan , Rohit Sharma , MSD , Yuvraj , Raina - -
But after the event they came to know its because of these players we reached upto this level .
Team selection is very good , only thing is that people should bear in mind that no team can win 100 percent of matches , few they may lose . Its part of the game .

dropped Manish Pandey who fighted against Australia in last one day. Good selection no doubt at all.

Selection is good overall, but Manish Pandey should have been selected in place of Yuvraj Singh. Yurraj's is already past his prime & struggling with the bat & Pandey should have strengthen the middle order.
Anyway...the overall selection is good....let's see what they do when it matters....

This very clear brings to light the zonal representation and the interest of nation and also the deserving cricketer is compromised. I do not see a reason why Harbajan and Ashwin and similarly Jadeja and Negi. In case of injury the substitution could always be done. Other deserving players who have performed both in international and national level would be demoralized. It is a shame and sham selection
It is really shocking that the Selectors have again ignored Irfan Pathan after he led his Baroda team to the Final in the Syed-mushtaq-ali-trophy. He was the leading wicket taker along with good amount of runs scored. He is the Ideal All Rounder Indian team is looking for.
On what basis Pawan Negi is in the team. This is really bad selection by not picking up Irfan Pathan.
What better performance he needs to show to get selected in the Indian team??
Bea ready for losing guys. What is injured Shami doing in this team? Who is this Negi (CSK quota??). Where is Manish Pandey?? Poor selections.. No hope of winning this edition too.
