SC taken the right decision to clear corruption in BCCI.
by Sanjay Tomar on Feb 05, 2016 06:27 AM

This is the way SC must interfere in decision making of government reason is clear Politician developed the nexus with Corrupt person to exploit the country to benefit some person in illegal way can't be tolerate. There are many illegal laws working as legal law to benefit some person by doing corruption need to scrap. BCCI must accept SC direction is legal & correct way of finishing corruption & clear the dirt from BCCI is need of the hour. SC should closely monitor the government decision to stop corruption in law making process because opposition is also have developed nexus with corrupt person to do corruption in India hence SC direction & close monitoring required in successfully running of the government.

The sooner the better

The sooner BCCI implements the decision of the Lodha Committee, the better for it. The Lodha Committees views are fair & for the overall good of the BCCI. But people with vested interests will try to ensure that it is scuttled .
Hope the SC stays firm & ensures that the recommendations are implemented ASAP.

it is true that lodha has given a rational suggestion for reform.do we need such highly paid legal luminaries for preparing such a simple report?
