Builder filed false statements under sworn affidavits in Delhi State Consumer Commission. State Commission refused to accept perjury case on the pretext that it is overburdened with consumer cases. Therefore, Perjury case filed in Tis Hazari Court, Delhi. Metropolitan Magistrate questioned as to why case has not been filed in State Commission itself and he was replied that it was not prepared to accept it due to heavy workload. Metropolitan Magistrate desires to know the provision under which it can be admitted in his court. Please solve my problem.
