Left to themselves BCCI would like to continue with the arbitrary ways of the "cozy club" and avoid implementing the Lodha panel report.However they can't ignore SC directives too!So they seem to have decided to do the next best thing--confront and delay to the extent possible using the expertise of an ex-judiciary member known for creating controversies relating to field of judiciary.Reforming BCCI and its state associations is not that easy.
