Stop your IPL tamasha
by samudra blr on Apr 23, 2016 12:14 PM

The way IPL has ruined cricket in country, it should be discarded immediately.
Interstate T20 matches should be promoted, just like Ranji trophy.
Stop all the foreign players, advertisements, franchisee business, it has only corrupted the game and only agenda seems to be money making .
Promote and identify local talent, instead of searching all over the world and auctioning.

LIFE V/S IPL BRAND
by barunkumar paul on Apr 23, 2016 12:06 PM

Dear Mr. Rajiv Suklaji, We all aware that Life is first than IPL BRAND. Without life who will admire any brand ? So, your opinion to shift IPL out of country is ridiculous statement and definitely there is some conflict of interest. You want to enjoy cricket and cheers with cheersgirl where crore of people crying for water. Tell what BCCI done for Drought??

I feel that water should not have been made an issue against IPL.After the birth of Independent India in 1947,its almost 68 years. All these years we Indians have been electing the same party to run the Country and see where they have reached us. Way back in 70's I remember there was water shortage in remote villages of Kerala also.I still remember as kids when we used to play with water my Grandma and grandpa used to scold us and tell us not to waste water. What the politicians did for so many years. Why such basic amenities have been denied to people. All the politicians irrespective of whether they are in Govt. or not must explain the plush living they are enjoying. Why we should respect them. They have plundered our money.Never ever elect anybody whether back ward or forward those who have cheated the nation.Make them give explanation to the people of the country.

Mhukla, it seems for you
enjoyment is more important than national problms
Conducting IPL has become so much important that you are ready to shift it out of the country without considering how will it affect the reputation of the country.
You have no right to be called an Indian.
Better migrate to country where you want to conduct IPL. You are burden to this beloved mother nation.
Let we serve the drought hit areas rather than watching useless IPL.

It is foolish to ban IPL cricket from India as it is a money spinner for everyone around. It is still foolish to think that only cricketers make money.what about clubs, groundsmen, commentators, TVS, and boys many from rural areas are all benefitted. Pl weigh the loss and then decide. we also get a new crop of players every time. Mani

Ban IPL forever in India.

Rajiv Shukla & his other politician friends have become so greedy & lusty after money & ultra-luxurious life style that they can even go to the extent of destroying future of our youths by promoting betting carnival like IPL...Shukla being a seasoned politician has a bigger responsibility towards society,he must therefore not advocate for promoting carnivals like IPL........Hope good sense prevails upon him.

Good sense will never prevail upon him.Good nonsense will prevail upon him.See him holding the IPL steadfast lest it will go away from him,he is advocating shifting of IPL out of India rather than cancelling it altogether.

The term 'seasoned politician' is thought-provoking. New generation 'seasoned politician' is more interested in own well-being.

What is this Brand IPL Mr.Shukla? Why don't you create Brand IPL for Hockey Mr.Shukla? Don't be so greedy.Do some good service to the nation.Even if cricket is not played in INDIA nothing will happen.Govt. will continue,It will rain in Monsoon,It will be cold in winter only difference will be the coffers of BCCI officials and over enthusiastic cricketers will be thirsty for cash.
