The people managing IPL are not sensitive to the plight of common people suffering in Maharashtra due to acute water shortage as this IPL administrators are only interested in minting money as usual. They always come out with arguments that if IPL shifted from Mumbai, city will loss 100 crores. They have recently paid Rs 50 crores as an advance Incometax. Recently on the celebration of 75 th birth day of Sharad Pawar PM Modi described and praised him as a real Massiah of farmers who always think about the interest of farmers. What his arrogant nephew ex CM Ajeet Chawan told to affected farmers last time is known to every one. This people are not saying or helping the poor affected people and the person like Rajeev Shukla, a number one opportunist, who may not be knowing how to hold bat properly put his futile efforts to defend IPL. Now the people has seen their true colours in their hours of crisis.
With drought conditions in many states which is severe in Maharastra what will IPL provide to these thirsty people? The rich and the powerful who have stashed money abroad flout their wealth before millions of poor ,hungry and thirsty Indians in IPL matches which is a foolish entertainment business.
By this logic why should the matches in Hyderabad and Bangalore not be shifted out? There is equally bad drought in the northern parts of Telangana and Karnataka? Even Haryana and Punjab farmers are facing acute water shortage so even Kings XI punjab and Delhi Daredevils matches should be shifted. Ridiculous. And I don't even like IPL and don't watch it until the semi finals.

Ban bollywood also so that all the wh0ars and p1mmps are jobless. It is also equally pathetic and ridiculous as IPL.
1) No Flush tank should be used in mumbai and Pune 2) All Sugar Factories should be closed. They Guzzle 10 times water than IPL 3) All Golf course should be closed. 4) During World Cup nobody Cribbed. but suddenly when IPL started there was a PIL . 5)All Industries should be closed. 6) Dam water should not be given to Rich Sugar cane growers which requires huge water.

Then ban the IPL instead of halfwitted measures. Don't mix issues. I don't see why any swimming pool in Maharashtra should be allowed to have water if IPL is not allowed. Water supply to the high court premises should also be cut by 75% and people in the premises should use dry porto-let t0ilet cabins which will be installed outside. Water to all the judges houses should also be cut by 50% along with all the citizens.
BCCI IS SO ADAMANT FOR MONEY, INSENSITIVE TOWARDS THE FARMERS ISSUE. PEOPLE, WHO SUPPORT THE WATER CRISIS SHOULD STAY AWAY FROM ENTEING THE STADIUM, BOYCOTTING THE IPL. IT SHOULD BE A LESSON FOR ADAMANT, MAD BCCI.

Do you think even 1 drop of the racecourse sewage water recycled for Wankhede will go to Latur?
Now the sewage will be released into the sea and increase the sea water level and worsen global warming effects. At least if it had watered the ground, some grass would grow and reduce carbon dioxide.
Looking at this judgement, I am reminded of the story Andher nagari, chaupat raja. Those of you who havent read or heard this story in your childhood, I highly encourage to search online and read it.
