They removed Gavaskar from annual contract. fokat ka paisa milta tha.. and now they have removed Bhogale. Dhoni did great job in match against Bangladesh and he must have listened their commentary later on. these were all critisizing Indian players and taking digs at ICC and BCCI for banning Bangladeshi feki(throwers in English) bowlers. Shame on them
The role of the commentator should be left only to the game in progress and pass comments on the action there. As far as possible, they should avoid dwelling on discussions which is totally unrelated to the job on hand.
Harsha Bhogle many times unnecessarily talk things which are not required & project India in bad manner.
For example :-
Recently a match was going on between India & Bangladesh. There were 3 commentators in commentary box. One from Bangladesh- Athar Ali Khan, one from SriLanka- Rusell Arnold & Harsha Bhogle later joined them.
The first sentence he commented immediately after joining the commentary was " How Bangladeshi people were feeling injustice & angry that their 2 bowlers were detained by ICC for wrong action & how they are feeling hard done by ICC & all".
Now there was absolutely NO NEED for Bhogle to dig out the topic which was under investigation by ICC. But after hearing his comment Athar Ali Khan got confidence & then he also started crying about how Bangladeshi players got injustice and all.....
Bhogle invariably talks such nonsense & irrelevant things which are absolutely not required & in fact shows India in bad light to the whole world.
He always afraid & doesn't have guts to criticise opponent players but pounced on the opportunity to criticise our own players.
Another example is when our batsman get away with umpire's decision Bhogle will go on talking about it as if the our batsman had done some crime & keep on saying that how lucky he is but if the same incidence happen with opponent player Bhogle will keep his mouth shut & afraid to even talk about it.

Guys get a life. Commentators are there to call spade a spade and not to become a loyal servant of BCCI and current generation of pathetic Indian team.

Superb bro. I have been watching cricket since childhood andI never liked this guy. I remember when India toured England in 2011 and got white washed in tests 4-0. Bhogale was commenting alongside Nasseir Hussain. He said something which irked Hussain. He went on to say that Someone who has played this game would understand the real meaning of my statement. it was an insult to Bhogale and India. Keep in your chaddi in short is what Hussain told him. Bhogale is a talent no doubt but tries to project himself as a scholar in English but forgets the real job in hand. good justice by BCCI. give chance to new talent now. Bhogle has already sucked lot of money from BCCI. He normally does chatugiri of foreign commentators and players.

Sanjay Manjrekar is another such pathetic & unbearable commentator who always talk against India & praise the opposition even when it doesn't deserve.
If you want the best example of how a commentator should be then listen to the commentary of Nasser Hussain. He never talks nonsense or irrelevant things & has courage to call spade a spade.

The best of all was Geoff Boycott who had an excellent knowledge of Cricket and to see him giving commentary with Sunil Gavaskar was really enjoyable however dull the cricket may be in the stadium.
Hindi and other language commentators are taking as if they are doing radio commentary. The entire world is viewing in tv, what is happening there in the pitch. There is no point in telling the same thing in loud voice. Better give option for viewer to see the English, otherwise you are bound to loose the viewership.

Navjotsingh Sidhdhu should also be banned from giving commentarty talking nothing but continueous nonsense all the time
Yesterday happened to listening Hindi commentary,N.S.Sidhu was doing the commentary...uff what a noise maker he is...just nuisance...seems he doesn't like to listen others speaking at all...a complete hopeless....

Politics again...it's height to lose somebody of the stature of Harsha Bhogle from any coverage for that matter. SOme king maker must not have been comfortable with him so.....these egoists can do anything unethical!!!!
