The comparison is by supporters of Kohli and other players! For me Tendulkar is class of its own, but it should not beca matter of discussion! Kohli will carve his own path to success!

Tendulkar played also for his own records. He never played for the team to win. Many a times , Tendulkar slowed down when he was nearing his 100. He needs more hundred than team to win to score xtra 30-40 runs to give complete an edge over the Opponent.
