MORGAN BAD CAPTAINSHIP COST THE MATCH
by syed zakirhusain on Apr 04, 2016 11:50 AM  | Hide replies

In the eighth over Rashid ball started turning and West Indies batsmen had no clue how to deal the spinner. Morgan bad or biased decision to bring Stokes rather than Moin Ali cost the match.

Jordan bowled 19th over and gave away 8 runs, being the captain I think they are better placed than our biased views.

...Replace India With West Indies In The Same Situation

LAST OVER.
India 137/6.
Ben Stokes 1stBall. Jadega Swings Wildly. Misses. 4 LegByes.

India 141/6.
Ben Stokes 2ndBall. Jadega Heaves With All Might. Ball High Up In The Air. Makes It Look Like A Tough Stroke. But Bowler Takes A Simple Catch On His Follow-Through.

India 141/7.
3rdBall. Striker Changed. New Batsman In, Ashwin. Ashwin Pulls It. Top Edge. FOUR !

India 145/7.
4thBall. Yorker. The Middle Stump Faints. Ashwin BOWLED !!

India 145/7. Need Another 11 Runs In 2Balls.
5thBall. New Batsmen Nehra Simply Takes The Trouble Of Coming In. He Goes. LBW!!

LastBall. Batsmen Change Strike. 11 Runs In 1Ball. Jasprit Bumrah Comes Down The Track. BallMakes An April-Fool Of Bumarah & He Misses. The English Let The Batsmen Take A Single. ENGLAND Win The Match By 9 Runs.

Dhoni At The Press Conference: ”In The Last Game, The Bowlers Let Us Down. In This Game The Batsmen Let Us Down. We Are Always Let Down. But I WON’T STEP DOWN !”

One must not forget India had to score 39 runs in 3 overs to win against Australia in the last group match to qualify for the semifinal...
