best wishes to the WI team . V understand their troubles and how they overcome it ! they are very natural and really inspiring . Sympathies for stokes of course ,- sports is such cruel that you need all the mental strength to remain focussed .

not good behaviour
by Radhakrishnan Vokkarane on Apr 05, 2016 09:24 AM  | Hide replies

Yes great thing happened to WI cricket after 3 decades they are showing glimpse of what they were. Its all good. But their behavior is bad. Look at the way they removed T shirts and throwing at crowd or the way samuels attended the press conference . This is height of arrogance. even letting their board down in public does not give any good taste of their culture (atleast these bunch of cricketers). Anyway all such things will be overlooked for the sake of their achievement.

They did it emotionally which may be overlooked. Even our own Sourav did this, but when the situation demanded the same. The way they were handled in run up to the world cup, has hurt them a lot. In spite of this, they believed in themselves, and look at the result.
Same time, look at our team members, they are well paid, taken care with good coaching staff, given a free hand for endorsements, irrespective of their poor performance, no fight at all.

If you have noticed, WI's when they came to collect the medal & trophy, they attitude was different. They showed the world how to fight against all odds and win a trophy. Hats off to them. Indian should learn from them, only Virat showed some maturity and played to his potential.

You and your team members did your job very well. Your board members did what the could do to hide their shame. Forgive and forget is what will make you a greater Sammy.
