No....NOt at all
by Sudeep Asthana on Apr 01, 2016 11:22 AM  | Hide replies

We need Dhoni. At present we dont have any other player who can bat at no.6. After Great Kapil Dev we got Dhoni who can play at No.6 and able to turn the match in our favour.

No Grace
by Adi Mehta on Apr 01, 2016 11:00 AM

As an Indian, I would like to see my captain exhibit a little more grace. Cricket is after all a game and one side has to lose. Every other captain felt that the other team had played better to win on that particular night, but not Dhoni.
He will find excuses in the toss, the dew, batting second etc. but he will never have the grace to acknowledge the other team.
Weather Dhoni should retire or no is not for me, but for the selectors to decide. However, what I can definitely say is that our captain has many good qualities but where he needs a lot of coaching is in the fields of grace, sportsmanship and humility.

TOP 7 reasons why Dhoni needs to retire
by keshava moorthy on Apr 01, 2016 10:50 AM

1)Yes he is not fit. Look at his shots. He rarely uses his power hit in any stages which he used many times earlier. That is becz of his back injury... Mr. Dhoni Fast ruining only can not be considered for fitness
2)His too much support to Ashwin and Jadeja and ignoring others in bowling. He said yesterday condition were not good for spinners. In helpful condition any spinner can shine. Even part timer Clarke of Australia done well. They why support your CSK team mates?
3)Why supporting Dhawan and Raina. They play once in 10 match.
4)He drops crucial catches and stumping which no one highlight.
5)His creative ideas are now not working. Yesterday he should have kept Nehra for 2 overs at death. He used his when WI lost 2 wickets
6)Kohli performance says he should be moved as Captain. Since Dhoni does not work under Kohli's captaincy then no place for him
7)His continuous -ve attitude towards Gambhir, Uthapa, Yuvaraj(Not used him correctly in this WC). His ve attitude only for his CSK mates

Cricket is nobody's father's game. Seniors have to retire and young should get opportunity.

The rules have to strict as to the retirement age. We have seen Kapil, Gavaskar, Azhar, Sachin etc... refusing to retire and going on and on.. (No offenses to any one)

Bench strength to be increased and they have to be given chances and keep the team young and rearing to go..
