Indian cricket is surviving on BCCI, Srinivasan, Dalmiya, Sharad Pawar, Rajiv Shukla, and IPL. Pakistani cricket is survived on Match Fixing, Black Money from D'gang, Politicians, Taalibani's dictation.
So, not a huge difference. But one thing is sure, how much we hate Javed Miandad every country needs player like him, his dedication, his never-say-die attitude, fighting spirit, determination everything was incomparable. In todays selfish and playing for records and money generation, players like Javed, Imran will always stands out who always played for (their) country and always played to win.
It is quite expected that Miandad being the Father-in-Law of DAWOOD's Daughter will speak against India.But he has forgotten that when he was out of work and his family was dying of hunger,he came begging before the same BCCI to allow him to become Coach of Punjab Cricket Association at Mohali. I am sure that the Moderator and all people connected with Cricket know this hard fact about Totla Miandad.

Yes this Totla Miandad is right. Paki's are not only superior to India but to whole cricketing world in "Ball Tempering" This fact was openly admitted by Afreedi in a TV Interview which was aired by all channels all over the world.
